Frank de Korne was a Dutch artist born in Utrecht in 1953 who died in 2008. He was a painter teacher and restorer of oil paintings. He took classes at the Academy of Visual Arts in Utrecht and at the Academy of Visual Education in Tilburg. His work has an evolution from realistic spherical paintings in the 1980s to abstract expressionist oil paintings in the 1990s. From 2000, paintings in which the field of tension between abstract and figurative is constantly perceptible. Mounted on backplate.
