Pavel Roucka Czech, born 1942. Lithograph Pavel Roučka is a Czech painter, graphic artist and illustrator. In the years 1956-1960 he studied at the Industrial School of Geodesy and Cartography in Prague. In the years 1968-1971 he was engaged in scenography and cartoons in Belgium, since 1993 he has been working as a teacher (Summer Academy in Frauenau in Germany, Academy of Fine Arts in Maastricht in Belgium. In 1995, Pavel Roučka completed a professional internship at the Académie de Beaux - Arts in Paris. The French government awarded the artistic contribution of Pavel Roučka with the order Chevalier dan l´ordre des palmes academiques (Knight of the Order of Academic Palms). Pavel Roučka lives and works in Prague and in Desná in the Jizerské hory.
